When Seven Colorado Rockies Test Positive for Coronavirus, Fans Will Get Free Tacos
Major League Baseball announced it was returning for a 60 game season last week. Shortly
after the announcement it became public knowledge that several Major Leaguers -- including Rockies All Star Outfielder Charlie Blackmon, had tested positive for the virus. The news was initially disturbing, but it gave the Rockie PR team a brilliant idea.
The Rockies usually run a promotion where fans receive two free tacos from participating Taco Bells whenever the Rockies score seven runs in a game. This year the Rockies are going to do you one better. As soon as the seventh Colorado Rockie player tests positive for COVID-19 fans will receive two free tacos from Taco Bell for the entirety of the 2020 MLB Season (There will be no season)
